I bought a dishwasher about 2yrs. ago and it will not drain. Checked all of the common sense problems and came to the conclusion that the pump failed. I called numerous representatives at sears and came to the conclusion that in order for sears to stand behind there product you would have to give them approximately double the amount you spent originally, So in other words if you buy a dishwasher at 285.00 you have to buy an extended warranty at 200.00 when you could just get a brand new dishwasher for 85.00 more, that only last 2 years.
