MTN were given 30 days notice of our intention to cancel our contract on 02102009. Our sim card was deactivated on 13112009. MTN continue to debit our account monthly from 122009 to 022010 inclusive despite our service being terminated. Numerous emails to MTN requesting them to rectify this error have been met with a forwarded email to their Retentions Department, copied to me, indicating 'Please assist deact date was set for 2009-10-02.
