In the last week of December 2009 I signed a contract at Nashua Mobile West Rand Crossing for a 3G contract and a modem. I received the package, and tried to install it on my PC. After numerous attempts had failed, I tested the modem on my wifes PC, and it worked fine. I them took the modem back and explained that the modem was not compatible with my PC. I was told that they would send the device in for repairs.
