I ported my cell contract from MTN to Italk in AprilMay 2009. Months later noticed that MTNItalk messed up my account as my contract had reverted from Italk back to my original MTN and the debit orders began effecting out of my husbands bank acc. I phoned the MTN call centre to sort this out numerous times and got no resolution nor follow up. Went to the Pavillion Mtn Store twice to provide copies of my husbands and my bank statements, sent about 7-8 emails to MTN & lost count of the number of times I tried to call.
