I've been with Iburst since 2007, and the service and product was so good that I decided to renew my contract, but since December last year things have gone pear shape. My signal has gone from 80% average to 40% average, and I even experience disconnections lately when my signal drops to below 20%. Nothing has changed on my side, same computer, same location, same antenna ect, and yet they are clueless as to what caused this decline in signal.
