I submitted an insurance claim for a lost phone via fax as stipulated by Nashua Mobile. I made a follow up call after about 2 hours to enquire about the turn around times for finalising the claim. I spoke to one Nathaniel who insisted that the fax was not received. I explained to him that I have a fax transmission report confirming that the fax went through.
