Neotel assured us that we had signal in our area - technician came round and installed the phone and it was evident that we didn't - after many calls from us to Neotel (they NEVER call you back) they told us we could pay R1800 for a Poynting Antenna - technician came out and there was still NO signal - we got hit for R500 call out fee for that which infuriated us even more about Neotel.
