Once again Cell-C takes the cake for being the worse Telecommunications industry in Cape Town. With regards to my previous complaint, i was told that instead of being debited with R145.00 at the end of the month i would only be debited with R30.00. And heaven behold, i was debited with R145.00 as i knew would occur.
