On Tuesday, 02 March 2010, myself and my colleagues received confirmation of Package upgrades on corporate phones. On friday, 05 March 2010, I contacted the call centre and spoke to a gentleman who said that my phone was dispatched but could not see all the info and said I must wait. On Thursday, 11 March 2010, phoned again and spoke to PATTY, after a lengthly cal of 13 minutes, she said that she would phone back in 15 minutes. NO CALL!!!
