I placed an order on December 17, 2010 and my credit was immediately processed for the full amount. After a few weeks, I filed a complaint with the company only to be told to wait a few more days. After waiting, I was told the factory had recieved their money and I could not get a refund of the full amount. I spoken with customer service representative named Ada and I can not locate a telephone number to call. I have never had this problem ordering on line. I will NEVER order from this company again.
