This pertains to a complaint dated a year or so ago. The just of it is I purchased a Caesar lounge suite sometime ago and due to it being faulty it was swapped out at Southgate. The Caesar lounge suite had been discontinued and so I paid in R6000-00 and got an L-Shape lounge suite. When it was delivered I called in to report the lounge suite was damaged.
