I have to ask is what do we actually pay you people for. I can’t seem to get ANYBODY to return a simple phone call or even receive study material which we pay you people for. There is one month to go till exams and still no study material, after endless amount of phone call to your call center, being passed from one agent to the next. I have no idea how you people do business but it is not the right way that is for sure. All I want from you people is the only service you bill me for every month without any delay, is to send me the CORRECT study material ON TIME, and is that too much to ask. read full review »
