I sent in my cancellation letter for my contract on the 2nd of jan 2010.when i followed up, they said there is no cancellation request received. Once again i completed the cancellation request. When i followed up today again, they said no cancellation request was received. I'm sorry, but thats not right. How is it possible that neither of the faxes were received.
