I spent 35 minutes today waiting for Kulula's call centre to take my call. this is about the 5th time I have tried. They have this 'suppose to be funny' guy keeping you entertained whilst you wait. My question is, if it was a fast and efficient call centre, why would they need this voice to 'entertain' you? I eventually gave up as before. I sent a mail and I am still waiting their reply to solve my problem. read full review »
