The company above is sending unreasonable charges to unit owner due to their own fault. On Aug 2010, I have personally deliver them a void cheque to set up monthly pre authorization withdrawal along with payments of condo fees. The staff took the payment and advise that there will be no penalties of any kind because payment was received in time. Today I received a notice stating that it is a final notice for me to make a payment of over 705.71 dollars including $446.14 of interest and admin fee.
