I've bought the inverter battery of Videocon with the warranty of 24 months but within few months I've been facing problem with battery backup. In the name of service all i got is false promises and different contact numbers. I've been chasing every tree, stone to get such a small issue fixed...I've never experienced such pathetic services, which is below standard. It's only demolishing the repute of the company in the market... hope this will float to authorities and I'm really expecting some action and sigh of relief...
