I used iYogi to try to fix a problem installing Norton Antivirus. They were not able to do it after 3 hours. I was told there would be no charge. The next day my account was drafted $169.99. After contacting them they sent an e-mail sayinf I would be refunded the full amount. Weeks later and a dozen phone call and nothing. Never, never trust them to do what the say.
