I bought an Acer Aspire One Notebook on 8th December 2010, at the time of purchase i was informed that it was exempt from the 30 day guarantee, but that if a fault developed I could either, have a replacement or a refund, which I thought was fine. It has since developed several faults, on 22nd of January 2011 my Husband took it back to the store I had bought it from for a refund, as I did not want a replacement in case the same faults developed on a new one.
