I have been experiencing endless unsatisfactory customer service from the Nashua Mobile Branch in the Centurion Mall. I upgraded my contract in October 2010, one of the sales staff suggested the Nokia E72, which I agreed to. What the staff member didnt tell me is that there was a stock shortage on this particular phone. I followed up on a weekly basis by visiting the branch personally.
