During December 2010 we have received our monthly utility bill with regards to electricity, rates and taxes. The amount due and payable was R47, 630-00. On the summary of the bill it was stated as Adjaustment Elec 2007/08, 2008/09, 2009/10 and 2010/11. We went to Centurion Municipality in order to investigate what this adjustments was. They explained that it was for a meter swap between the neighbor and our stands electricty meter.
