I paid approximately 100 dollars canadian for a battery for a cf-72 panasonic toughbook on november 18, 2010. Weeks went by, and the battery never came. The person I was communicating with was named Andy. He kept telling me to be patient, and that the battery would come. Then he told me that Hong Kong post returned all of the packages and that I would recieve a refund in 48 hours. That was 2 weeks ago. Now, nobody will answer my emails, and I have not recieved the refund. Looks like I got ripped off for 100 dollars. read full review »
