Deep investigation is required on a racist ideology held among the most senior levels of management at Malls Tiles associated with certain cultural attitudes (some unique to the South African, specifically Durban, context). On paper, the policies may be sound, but there is very strong reason to suspect ideals being put forward covertly at top management level from Malls Tiles that is not in favour of people from a Tamil-speaking background and heritage.
