This is the second time i have loaded prepaid data and have not been given the full 60 days of use. I loaded on the 15th of Feb and the data has now expired on the 18th of Mar- i had about 170MB left. I was PROMISED by the MTN shop that i would still be allowed to use the data after the 18th and that i would get the 60 days before losing my data, but that hasnt happened. Last time this happened i mustve made at least 10 calls to the call centre and each time the operator told me a different thing. What a waste of money - 170MB of data wasted due to your false advertising that i have 60 days to use the data. Maybe vodacom will allow me my FULL period. read full review »
