For over a year I have been having problems with not receiving itemised billing, which I pay for, in the mail. I have repeatedly been calling the call centre informing them that I am only receiving the Invoice and and not the itemised billing. Repeatedly I get the same response that everything is fine, and all my address details are correct and then my Itemised Billing is e-mailed to me but only on the months that I telephonically request it.
