I have a 1 month old Nokia 6710 Navigator. After about 2 weeks it suddenly started zooming in and out randomly in MAPS and Camera mode. A quick search on the internet revealed that this is a common problem wth these phones - yet most people had difficulty in getting the phone fixed. I sent my phone in to MTN clearly stating the problem as well as attaching documentation detailing the problem as found on the internet.
