I would like to inform you of the terrible service that I recieved from the Call centre agents, their supervisors and the manager in the department at Discovery. I have cancelled my Medical aid and requested my savings portion to be paid out into my banking account. The first agent I spoke to was very polite and told me that the funds had been released however my banking account was closed. I was advised to complete a change of bank detail form.
