I have had a nightmare of a month with Iburst - they did not debit my bank account for the months Oct, Dec and Jan - the reason you agree to debit orders is for the convenience and I did not pick this up until I checked my March I burst statement and noticed that I was in arrears with them. I contacted them to query this as to have to pay a lump sum of R956 which is not budgeted for is extremely inconvenient - they promised to get back to me within 72 hours.
