I applied for a loan at Nedbank on the 11th March 2010, they then told me that a courier service will get in touch with me within 24-48 hours in order to organise a time when they could come and drop documents off which I then need to sign! It is now the 19th March 2010 and I have not heard anything!!! I have called your call centre on numerous occasions asking what is going on?
