Wow, I had to share this. My friend forwarded this to me last night right when she received it. She didn't want to post any other complaints online, but people should know about this company!! Look at the email they sent to her last night...all because she had asked them for a quote online (she was shopping around for the best price in town) and then called them to advise that their emails were rude and unprofessional.
