My boyfriend was told that our computer was moving slow due to an excess of unused files on our computer. He called Quest (our internet provider) to speak with them and to see if they could do anything to help as we are not the best at figuring out computers. Quest transferred us to the Norton AntiVirus call center and told us they could handle this and help us with removing unused files.
