I received an LG KP500 on 18-09-2009, when I upgraded my cellphone contract. Unfortunately, the phone had to be booked in fro trepairs in less than a month's time. 21 days later, I got the phone back. In another month's time, the phone returned to CellC repairs centre with the same proble (audiospeaker not working).
