I recently changed bank accounts and have been changing the details with all my creditors. All of this was able to be done by phone andor fax and in a lot of cases via the internet. However, Multichoice is the ONLY company that requires me to go to the offices personally and make the changes. I find this totally unacceptable and really inconvenient.
