I have requested itemized billing from MTN, after we got an overdue account for R1, 941.12 - for an account that we DONT EVEN USE! My husband then wrote, signed and faxed a letter of permission for me to access his acount, as he works all day and do not have e-mail and telephone facilities as i do. I have sent them ALOT of e-mails asking for our itemized billing, but then the legal department keeps ons sending me mails requesting my ID and account number - they do this over and over.
