Since the start of February I have received over 5 separate sms messages (some very offensively toned with threats of black listing) demanding that I pay a Virgin Active Account. These have all come from MBD Attorneys. The interesting thing is that I do not have and never have had a Virgin Active Account. I have notified Virgin Active of this twice and they have so far done nothing about it despite promising to.
