I went to Damelin in Braamfontein and was helped by Louisa. I paid upfront for the course (Credit Management) but to date I have not received a single book. When I called them I was told that there was an error on the system and that it would be rectified however NOTHING has happened. When I wanted to cancel I was told that a cancellation board that has meetings every second week would have to sit and determine whether or not I can cancel. I mean what the ****!!! I have sent a copy of my complaint to the City Press. Hopefully those ****** will catch a wake up and do something. I want my ****** MONEY!!! read full review »
