16th Jan 2011, I took off my wedding ring to wash my face before rushing off to the airport (LAX) and upon reaching the airport, found my ring missing. I called Portofino Anaheim immediately and cried for help. But the ring has gone missing. I'm very sure the chamber maid took it since she was already outside the door when we left. However, they denied everything. I wouldn't care less if it was a normal ring, but this was my wedding ring. I would make a police report or send this to a beurea if someone could please direct me to one. read full review »
