It seems as though the ebay site has changed for the new year. in the past when you clicked on print shipping label you were taken to paypal which has a good interface i am used to and if your label didn't print you could void and not be charged. now going through the same procedures i have been in the past i am now charged by ebay before printing label. i never attempted to print and voided the transaction within 20 seconds. now after chatting with an ebay rep i am told i must wait upto 15 days for refund. this totally ***. read full review »
