I got a call saying "You've been chosen from your online application to meet with one our senior agents". The girl at the front desk sits and calls everyone that applies online (EVERYONE) and gives them the same speech. I met with the male agent (didn't tell me his name) there who was rude and unprofessional. I've been with agents before, and by no means do they call people begging them to come in.
