The staff is too rude, specially the Manager (Pradeep). I have seen him talking to very rudely with two of the customers, who enquired about food in the resturant. There is no hospitality and staff also behaves rudely like their boss. When there is more crowd in the Hotel Resturant, then they decrease the quality and quantity of food in the buffet. read full review »
