I ordered a pair of authentic Uggs for my daughter and they do appear to be authentic...but they initially shipped the wrong ones and would only exchange them if I paid shipping back to them $50 so we dicided to keep them. Now after owning them a month and wearing them 10 times the sole is seperating from the boots and they won't do anything about it. Say they can't accept anything once it has been worn in any manner. read full review »
