This isn't the first time they've done this...Google other reviews. I called Pizza Hut where I ordered and explained that I had ordered food over an hour ago and never received it. The manager insisted that a delivery person came and an "older gentleman" answered the door. I was the only person home all day. The manager said the delivery guy was paid in cash.
