I stated negotiating with this company for a sample Solar System. In the beginning they were very prompt in replying my mails and appeared to be very true and honest about what they do. Later, we had a contract signed, based on the following facts. 1. Products to be shipped from FOB from Beijing 2. We had a pricelist with a list of items 3. Timely delivery manner The agreement was to pay 50% before the BL was sent and the rest after shipping.
