On the 16th of September 2010 I sent in an Apple I-Phone for repairs at Altech Autopage cellular, shop 34, Hillcrest corner, Hillcrest, KZN – job card no. 5218. After a month has gone by I went back to the Autopage shop enquiring about the phone. The phone wasn’t ready. This was in October. I went back again in November. I was told that the technician left the company/got fired? and asked me if they were supposed to repair the phone! (Why the job card then?) They will try to find my phone.
