company representative agreed that faulty draw slide should be fixed under (10 year) warranty, however no action forthcomming for five months, latest enquiry, 31/1/11 told to go to manufacturer of the draw slide, as they were too busy to do any thing about it. dont believe their story about warranty...it is non existant. draw will not close read full review »
