8 Months ago, the Vodashop in the Mooirivier Mall Potchefstroom changed the contract (my daughter is using it) without my consent. I struggled for 7 months to get it fixed. In December I cancelled the contract, out of sheer frustration, to only discover another account in December 2010. Their excuse was that it was cancelled in December and that is the reason why I received this account. The consultant in the shop told me that there is no such number on the system, and that I will not receive another account. On 31 Jan 11 I received another account. THIS IS PATHETIC.
