Leaving your tires and rims with Kal Tire may seem like a good deal. Hey, they store them for free and for a very reasonable price change them for you in spring and fall. No muss no fuss. Well... that is until they loose them. Then try to tell you even though you've been coming to them for years, the computer has no record of you. So. If you leave your tires with Kal Tire (or ANY COMPANY) make sure that you have some kind of proof on hand.
