On the 18th January 2011 I applied for a 'Free Sample' of Collagen Serum with only having to pay for the p & p of £2.97 . This was taken from my account immediately. I did not want to buy another product or join any yearly membership as the products were far beyond my means to afford. On the 1st February (today) I find they have taken £96.35 from my account without authorisation.
