I purchase blender about 2 to 3yrs ago. I have all of your small appliance. I am not a person that uses them they are more for show. A couple of week ago I purchase a breakfast drink and I got out the blender to mix it. After it mixed up the drink I picked up the jar to pull out the drink and notice that the black connector that connects the base to the container was all broke up. This is suppose to be a high end item can someone please tell me what I can do. I am so upset at this because its only been used about three times which includes this last time. read full review »
