I ordered a FREE sample, and gave my bank details to pay for postage. No sample arrived. But a month later the product arrived and $96. was taken out of my account plus the postage of $9.95 for the free sample. I could not get through on their ph number. When I questioned this through their e-mail address they said the sample was on back-order. I have now been charged twice for the $96.00. When the first product finally did arrive a month later, unwanted, I sent it back. I have still to hear back from them.
