We've complained to MTN for duplicating SMS's and charging for it (1 January). They've come back to us saying that a SMS exceeding 160 characters are being charged as a second SMS! Please be aware of this. We've never been informed about this. However I would like to have a printout of the one SMS charged 6 x! Normally over Christmas or New Year you do send a few SMS's to friends and family but we've never sent such long SMS's as being charged 6 x! Is this normal practice or something new? If this is the case can they please modify the cellphones telling you how many characters left. read full review »
